Thank you very much to everyone who came to the Rueda Class at Keir Hardie on Sunday 8th November 2009. We hope you all enjoyed the evening.

Beginner's Class

basic footwork
dile que no (tell her no)
guapea (show off)
enchufe (plug/connect)
enchufe doble (double plug/connect)
pimienta (pepper)
(la) cuchara (spoon)
vacílala (check her out)
vacílala con cero (check her out, with zero)
exhíbela (show her off)
sácala (take her out)
dame(una) (give me (one))
croqueta (croquette)
enchufe al medio (plug/connect, to the centre)
cero (from al medio)(zero)
sombrero (hat)
lola

Main Class

el dedo saboreado (tasty finger)
ponle sabor (put some flavour into it)
la completa (the complete)
patín (skating)
patín mujeres (women skating)
(enchufe) moderno (modern plug/connect)

Even if you are not dancing in a rueda, you can practice many of the moves in your free dancing.
